Zharif Zakaria

Zharif Zakaria is a Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer at Ørsted since June 2023, overseeing the management of an enterprise cloud platform on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and enhancing DevOps practices. Previously, Zharif held the position of DevOps Engineer at ExxonMobil, focusing on software-defined perimeter tools development and infrastructure support. A stint as a Cloud Engineer at Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation involved collaborating with development teams on optimal cloud solutions. Zharif's earlier experience at Schlumberger spanned various roles, including Automation Engineer, Senior Network Security Analyst, and Network Analyst, where responsibilities ranged from developing automation solutions to configuring and troubleshooting network systems. Zharif began a career at IBM as an intern, gaining insights into pre-sales IT processes. Zharif holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Malaya, completed in 2014.
