Judy Alperin

Judy Alperin currently serves as Chief Development Officer at ORT America, a position held since December 2024. Previously, Judy was the Chief Development Officer at Hadassah from October 2022 to September 2024, leading the philanthropy team and overseeing significant revenue generation efforts. From January 2016 to October 2022, Judy held the role of Chief Executive Officer at the Jewish Federation of Greater New Haven, where organizational repositioning was key during a crisis following a fire incident. Judy's earlier experience includes significant positions at the Jewish Federation of the Lehigh Valley, where responsibilities ranged from directing a $2.3 million annual campaign to roles in development. Judy also founded Sweetiepies, Inc., a successful dessert business, before transitioning into the nonprofit sector. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rutgers University and additional coursework at Lehigh University.
