Judith van der Mey-Rugenbrink is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as HR Director at Ortec Finance since March 2019, Judith has previously held significant roles including HR Manager at Marshoek and Kneppelhout & Korthals Advocaten, where responsibilities encompassed the development of HR policies and the implementation of new evaluation and reward systems. Earlier career experiences include HR advisory roles at Aegon Nederland and OPTAS Management BV, as well as a focus on professionalizing HR activities in smaller organizations. Judith holds a Master's degree in Economics with a specialization in HRM from Erasmus University Rotterdam and has furthered education through the DISC FACTOR program in 2014.
