Maarten Fronik is a seasoned professional in real estate valuation and management, currently serving as Managing Director of Real Estate Valuation and Head of Group Real Estate Valuation at Ortec Finance since July 2009. Responsibilities include overseeing services related to real estate valuation and development, team management, and business development. Fronik began as a Consultant and then a Senior Consultant in Real Estate Management at Ortec Finance, providing expertise in portfolio management, asset management, and financial planning. In addition to their role at Ortec Finance, Fronik has been a docent at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate since May 2018, focusing on investment and scenario analysis. Prior experience includes management trainee at Amvest and junior project manager at SADC N.V. Fronik holds multiple degrees in urban and regional planning and real estate, with postgraduate studies from the Amsterdam School of Real Estate.
