Jerry King

Jerry King has extensive experience in the chemical and materials science fields, currently serving as a Product Steward - Chemist at Ortec Inc. since June 2021, where responsibilities include product development from feasibility to manufacturing with a focus on quality control. Prior roles include Staff Scientist at Momentive, where Jerry directed R&D for polyurethane applications and developed new additives for thermal insulation, and Senior Scientist at Farrar Scientific, where Jerry worked on ultra-low temperature phase change materials. Additional experience includes leading product development at Magnum Magnetics, managing global materials at Closure Systems International, and conducting bio-based product research at Battelle. Jerry King holds a Ph.D. in Polymer Science from The University of Akron.
