Nina Lefebvre

Nina Lefebvre currently serves as the SVP of People & Culture at ORTEC, a position held since August 2025. Previously, Nina was the Global People & Culture Director at WithSecure, managing HR for a commercial business unit across 16 countries and leading initiatives in leadership development and diversity. Past roles include director-level positions at pladis Global and Bibby Financial Services, as well as significant HR leadership roles with Anheuser-Busch InBev and SABMiller. Nina's career began at British American Tobacco, where a variety of HR roles spanned from project execution to manager. Educational qualifications include a B.Sc. in Development Economics from The London School of Economics and a Master's in Behavioural Science from the University of Helsinki, along with ongoing studies in wine education.
