Marc Klinkhamer

Marc Klinkhamer has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Marc is the owner of Marc Klinkhamer Consultancy since October 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs at PulseCath BV, a Dutch medical device company, starting in October 2008. Marc also held the position of Chief Compliance Officer at ORTEQ Sports Medicine from August 2006. Before joining ORTEQ, Marc worked as a Principal Consultant at ProPharma Group from February 2000 to October 2020, where they focused on business development, marketing, and sales in the life science services sector. Marc was previously a Manager of Regulatory Affairs at Nichols Institute Diagnostics from May 1993 to January 2000. Marc began their career as a Quality Engineer and Validation Coordinator at Centocor in February 1990 and held various QA roles until April 1993. Prior to that, they worked as a Wetenschappelijk assistent at RUL. With their extensive experience in quality assurance and regulatory affairs in the medical device industry, Marc has developed expertise in areas such as market segmentation, communication, and product development.

Marc Klinkhamer has a strong educational background in the fields of molecular biology, chemistry, and physics. Marc obtained their PhD in Molecular Biology from Leiden University between the years 1986 and 1990. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry at the same university from 1980 to 1986.

Marc'seducational journey began at Stedelijk Gymnasium in Leiden, where they graduated from high school in 1980. During their time at Stedelijk Gymnasium, Marc studied a range of subjects including Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Latin, French, English, and Dutch.
