Natalie Ryther

Natalie Ryther has a long history of experience in the quality assurance field. Natalie began their career in 2007 as a Technical Writer Temporary Assignment at Kelly Scientific Resources. In 2008, they joined Baxter Healthcare as a Packaging Supervisor and Technical Communicator/Writer. In 2009, they moved to Sinpex Inc. as a Validation Project Lead. In 2010, they returned to Baxter Healthcare as a Medical Device Manufacturing Supervisor. In 2013, they joined ReVision Optics as a Quality Engineer II and also worked as a Quality Engineer at Real Staffing. From 2015 to 2022, they worked at AcuFocus, Inc. as a Quality Assurance Manager and Sr. Quality Engineer. Currently, they are a Sr. Manager, Quality at OrthAlign, Inc.

Natalie Ryther completed their Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from Brigham Young University between 2003 and 2007. Natalie then obtained their ASQ Certified Medical Device Auditor certification from ASQ in October 2015. In June 2017, they completed ISO 13485 Lead Auditor Training from Oriel STAT A MATRIX. In September 2018, they completed Implementing the EU’s New Medical Device Regulation (MDR 2017/745) from Oriel STAT A MATRIX. In June 2019, they completed Statistics Fundamentals and Minitab Boot Camp from ASQ Orange Empire Section. In November 2020, they completed ISO 14971 Medical Device Risk Training from Oriel STAT A MATRIX. Finally, in November 2021, they obtained their Medical Device Single Audit Program (MDSAP) certification from British Standards Institution Training Academy, as well as their Medical Device Postmarket Surveillance (PMS) Implementation Training from Oriel STAT A MATRIX.
