Michelle Laucke

Michelle Laucke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement and quality engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst at Ortho Molecular Products since November 2020, Michelle also holds the position of Continuous Improvement Analyst. As the owner-operator of Vudu Magic Arabians since January 1998, Michelle has demonstrated entrepreneurial capabilities. Prior roles include Quality/Continuous Improvement Engineer and Senior Production Control at Pointe Precision, Inc. from June 2011 to November 2020, and Quality Engineer from January 2008 to November 2020. Michelle earned a Master's degree in Engineering Management & Quality from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and holds two Bachelor's degrees in Broadfield Social Science and Psychology, along with an emphasis in Natural Resource and Photography from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
