Steve Youd

Steve Youd has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Steve is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Ortho Sport & Spine Physicians since June 2022. Previously, they worked as the Senior Vice President of Operations at PetVet Care Centers from August 2018 to June 2022. Before that, they held the position of Vice President of Corporate Development at DaVita Kidney Care from March 2017 to August 2018. Steve also served as the Vice President of Operations at American Medical Response from November 2014 to March 2017. Prior to their roles in the healthcare industry, they worked as a Consultant at Bain & Company, specifically managing engagements in various sectors such as finance, insurance, technology, healthcare, and hospitality. Steve started their career in the United States Air Force, where they held multiple roles including Chief of Advanced Programs, Director of Operations, Chief of Standardization and Evaluation, and Flight Commander and F-15 Instructor Pilot.

Steve Youd attended Emory University - Goizueta Business School from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Strategy/Entrepreneurship.
