Kelly Owen is the Senior Vice President, Payer Strategy at OrthoAlliance, leading the development and execution of payer strategies to provide high-quality orthopedic care. Prior to this, Kelly held leadership positions at Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Quest Diagnostics, UnitedHealth Group, Fifth Third Bank, GE Capital, and GE Aviation. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management and an MBA in Health Care Administration.
