Ian G. Pac-Urar

Ian G. Pac-Urar is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in coaching, clergy development, and education. Currently serving as Lead Coach at Synergeia.org since November 2021, Ian provides consulting and coaching services for religious and non-profit organizations. As a long-time contributor to The Romanian Orthodox Episcopate of America and The Orthodox Church in America, Ian has held various significant roles, including Clergy and Parish Development and Priest since 1992, as well as Director of Continuing Education. Ian's academic background includes multiple degrees in education and organizational development from institutions such as Kent State University and Case Western Reserve University, alongside a diploma in Orthodox Theology from the Antiochian House of Studies. Ordained as a Deacon in 1988 and elevated to Archpriest in 2007, Ian's commitment to leadership development in religious contexts is well-established.
