Michael O'Muireadhaigh has extensive experience in project management, leadership, and training across various industries. Starting their career as an Emergency Medical Technician, Michael progressed to roles such as Director of Culture and Performance at OrthoFi, Manager of Personal Care at Continuum of Colorado, and Program Manager at Developmental Pathways. Michael has a proven track record of founding and developing successful business ventures, implementing innovative solutions, and driving organizational growth. Michael'sexpertise lies in creating high-performance cultures, overseeing full-cycle project management, and training staff to achieve their goals.

Michael O'Muireadhaigh obtained a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from New York Institute of Technology in 1997 and then went on to earn a Master's degree in Clinical, Counseling, and Applied Psychology from the same institution in 1999. Michael also pursued further education in Advanced Project Management at Stanford University in 2014 and completed a program in Alternative Dispute Resolution at Phoenix Strategies in 2012. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in 2015 and became a SHRM Certified Professional in 2018. Additionally, they hold certifications in Mediation (Alternative Dispute Resolution) from Phoenix Strategies in 2013 and as a Certified Foster Family from Arapahoe County in 2012.
