Alessia Perrotta

Alessia Perrotta has over 20 years of work experience, starting as a journalist in 1999. Alessia then worked as a Business Organization Manager and Branch Office Manager at Queen S.p.A. from 2003 to 2010. After that, they worked as an HR Manager at Queen S.p.A. from 2010 to 2013. Alessia then worked as an HR Specialist at Credit Network & Finance from 2014 to 2015. From 2015 onwards, they joined Orthofix, initially as an HR Administration Specialist, and later as an HR Manager International. Currently, they hold the role of HR Director International at Orthofix, managing and coordinating all HR processes and activities for subsidiaries in Europe and Brazil. Their responsibilities include personnel administration, payroll, compensation and reward, labor law, industrial relations, HR budget and forecast definition, and learning and development.

Alessia Perrotta completed an Executive Course in Human Resources Management at CUOA Business School in 2011. In 2002-2003, they attended Professional Data Gest in Bologna where they completed a course in Marketing Communications. Prior to that, from 1996 to 2001, they earned a Master's Degree in Sociology from the Università di Trento.
