Rodney Burns

Rodney Burns is a successful entrepreneur who co-founded Roofing Supply Group (RSG) in 1984. After growing the business across to over 50 locations throughout the U.S., RSG was sold to The Sterling Group, L.P., a Houston-based private equity firm, in 2006. Rodney was also a lead shareholder and board member of Lucernex, Inc., a leading, global provider of cloud-based Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) with over 100 major brands, which was acquired by Accruent in 2018. Rodney's current focus is the medical industry. He continues to be one of the lead investors in multiple medical device companies and serves on multiple boards.
