Erin Baker

Erin Baker is an accomplished physical therapist with extensive experience in managing and coordinating rehabilitation services. Since October 2015, Erin has served as the Manager of Physical Therapy Services at OrthoNY, LLP, contributing to the growth and effectiveness of the department. Prior to this role, Erin worked at LifeBridge Health from February 2005 to October 2015, where responsibilities included serving as a Rehabilitation Coordinator and as a Staff Physical Therapist/Specialist. Erin's career began at University Specialty Hospital, where Erin worked as a Staff Physical Therapist from July 2003 to January 2005. Erin holds a Master of Physical Therapy degree from Quinnipiac University, earned between 1997 and 2003.
