Joan M. Miller

Joan M. Miller is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at Orthopaedic Associates of Wisconsin, Joan previously held the same title at Daybreak Foods, Inc., where strategic HR infrastructure was designed and implemented. Joan has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member at Edgewood College, focusing on Diversity in Organizations.
