Brittney Doss

Brittney Doss, PHR, serves as the HR Manager at Orthopaedic Associates - Southern Indiana & Western Kentucky since June 2011, where responsibilities include payroll administration, employee record management, resume review, conducting interviews, new hire orientations, benefits coordination, addressing employee relations issues, and implementing HIPAA and OSHA policies. Prior experience includes serving as a Shift Manager at Walther's Golf-n-Fun from August 2004 to June 2011, supervising staff, managing cash operations, resolving customer issues, and training new employees. Additionally, Brittney completed an internship in Employment and Benefits at the University of Southern Indiana, where tasks involved managing application processes and inputting employee benefits information. Brittney holds a B.S. in Management with a Human Resources emphasis from the University of Southern Indiana, awarded in 2011.
