Heather Costello

Heather Costello has a diverse work experience in the field of physical therapy. Heather is currently working as a Clinic Director and Physical Therapist at ONR, where they provide services and operational support to rehabilitation service teams. Prior to this, they served as the President of Summit Healthcare Staffing, Inc. for more than a decade, overseeing the company's operations and providing contract work for therapists. Heather also worked as a Consultant at HouseWorks LLC from 2010 to 2018. Additionally, Heather has experience as a Director of Rehabilitation and Senior Clinical Specialist with Sun Healthcare Group, as well as a Lead Physical Therapist at Salem Physical Therapy Inc and Washington Street Rehab. Heather began their career as a Staff Physical Therapist at Rehabworks.

Heather Costello completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Nutrition at the University of Massachusetts, College of Health Professions in 1998. Heather then pursued a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy at the same institution from 1998 to 2000. Heather obtained additional certification as a Physical Therapist from the Physical Therapy Board of California in 2000. Later, in 2015 to 2017, they attended the Energetic Health Institute to study Holistic Nutrition.
