Natalie Schnitta

Natalie, Vice President of Recruitment and Director of Clinical Resources, joined the ONR team in July 1992. She started her career with ONR as a staff Physical Therapist Assistant at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Sacramento, CA and was promoted to Director of Rehabilitation. Natalie was so impressed with the organization that she began referring many of her colleagues to ONR. This began Natalie’s transition into recruiting which led her to launch the ONR Recruiting Department in 1993.
