Jiatong (Scarlett) Liu is a Postdoc fellow at Johns Hopkins Medicine since May 2024 and has been serving as a Co-ordinator and Presenter for the Orthopaedic Research Society since February 2022, where notable achievements include receiving multiple awards and coordinating significant meetings in the field of bone regeneration. Prior to this, Jiatong Liu worked at the University of Rochester from July 2019 to April 2024 as a Graduate Research Assistant and postdoctoral associate, contributing to five publications, securing a research grant, and mentoring an undergraduate student. Additional experience includes serving as Outreach Director for the Consulting Club at the Texas Medical Center, interning at Genentech, working with patent attorneys at URVentures, and engaging in pro-bono consulting. Education includes a PhD in Pathology/Experimental Pathology from the University of Rochester and a BS in Biotechnology from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
