Deb Ahern Rn, Bsn

Deb Ahern, RN, BSN has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Deb began their career as an RN at Clarian West Medical Center, where they provided pre-op and PACU care for patients of all ages. During their time there, they earned two star awards from patients. Deb then worked as an RN at Jarrett Fertility Group before transitioning into the role of Executive Assistant at Strategic Capital Partners, LLC. In 2011, they joined St. Vincent Women's Hospital as an RN in the Family Care Unit.

Deb's career also includes positions as a Legal Nurse Consultant at Medical Research Consultants and Justice Legal Nurse Consulting, LLC, where they served as the Owner/President. In these roles, they worked independently as a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant, assisting attorneys and organizations with medical issues in legal cases. Additionally, they have experience in healthcare recruitment, having held roles as a Healthcare Recruiter-RN at Eskenazi Health and as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant and Regional Talent Acquisition Team Lead at Indiana University Health.

Most recently, Deb has worked in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Deb was a Senior Recruiter at Korn Ferry, a global organization consulting firm, where they worked on the RPO Projects Team for North America. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Partner at OrthoIndy.

Deb Ahern, RN, BSN completed their Associates in Science of Nursing degree at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis from 2000 to 2004. In 2009 to 2010, they pursued a Certification in Legal Nurse Consulting from the Vickie Milazzo Institute. Deb also holds an Executive Secretarial Diploma from Indiana Business College in Executive and Legal Secretarial Program. Continuing their education, they completed their RN-Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at the University of Indianapolis from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, Deb obtained a certification as a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant, although the institution and specific dates are not provided.
