Elmer Passapera

Elmer Passapera is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Director ERP at OrthoPediatrics since February 2024. Prior to this role, Elmer held positions as a Senior D365 BC Consultant at The TM Group, Inc., and as a BC Functional Consultant at Stoneridge Software, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365. Elmer also has significant entrepreneurial experience, having owned and operated authentic Puerto Rican cuisine restaurants in both Cape Coral, Florida, and Marietta, Georgia, between 2011 and 2020. Earlier in the career, Elmer worked as a Financial Software Consultant at PFS, where responsibilities included managing numerous implementation projects for Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains/eEnterprise. Elmer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Computer Science from the American University of Puerto Rico.
