Jera Scott

Jera Scott is an Injury Prevention Specialist at WorkCare, Inc. since November 2023 and has been a Clinical Athletic Trainer at Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster, LTD. since March 2022. Responsibilities at Orthopedic Associates include patient communication, assisting Physician Assistants, scheduling image studies, training new staff in an Urgent Care setting, applying splints, and managing inventory. Previously, Jera served as a Teacher of Science and Director of Athletic Training at Arendell Parrott Academy, where responsibilities included lesson plan development, parent meetings, and managing the athletic training program. Prior experience includes roles as an Industrial Athletic Trainer at BTE, where Jera focused on ergonomics and safety, as well as a PT Tech at Stride Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation. Jera holds a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, earned in 2014.
