Lynda Austin is an experienced professional with extensive background in patient services, administrative support, and management. Currently serving as a Patient Services Specialist at Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Center since July 2019, Lynda excels in scheduling, referral management, registration, and insurance verification while delivering exceptional customer service. Prior experience includes handling insurance claims at Safelite AutoGlass and managing data and customer inquiries as a Part Time Data Supervisor at UPS. As Vice President of Austin Glass, Inc., Lynda oversaw multiple business units, including finance, operations, and human resources. Lynda holds a Certificate in Health Information Management Technology from Columbus State Community College, a Certificate in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Trident Technical College, and has pursued further education at various institutions.
