Candice Rice, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at the Orthopedic Institute of Pennsylvania and as the Membership Director for the Diversity & Inclusion Professionals of Central PA. Previous roles include Human Resources Consultant at Trew HR, Diversity Director and Board Member at the Human Resource Professionals of Central PA Chapter, and Programming Assistant at the World Affairs Council of Harrisburg. Candice has also worked as a Human Resources Generalist at both Schaedler Yesco Distribution and Lancashire Hall Nursing Home & Rehabilitation Center, along with experience as a Human Resource Coordinator and Intern at HR Resolutions. Candice holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Resource Management from York College of Pennsylvania, completed in 2017.
