Lauren Fischer is a Clinical Site Specialist for the Physician Assistant Program at Elizabethtown College since November 2022. With extensive experience in the medical imaging field, Lauren has served as an MRI Technologist at the Orthopedic Institute of Pennsylvania since July 2017 and previously worked at Crozer-Keystone Health System from 2009 to July 2019. Lauren also worked as a Lab Instructor at HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College from March 2019 to December 2021, assisting with x-ray positioning labs. Prior to these roles, Lauren held the position of Clinical Coordinator/Didactic Instructor for the Widener-Crozer School of Radiologic Technology at Crozer-Keystone Health System from 1993 to 2017. Lauren's educational background includes a certificate in Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technology from Imaging Education Associates, a certificate in Radiography and Mammography from Crozer Chester Medical Center School of Radiologic Technology, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
