The ORS Team Our radiologists are fellowship trained from the finest institutions in the country. Specializing in sports medicine and spine/neurological disorders, we engage in the care of a full spectrum of patients including athletes from the weekend warrior to the NBA, NFL, and the MMA athlete. An Orthopedic/Musculoskeletal Radiologist is a doctor who has advanced training in performing and interpreting imaging tests pertaining to musculoskeletal diseases. The value of getting the correct diagnosis and obtaining the correct treatment is the ultimate goal of patient care. People may think that the skills and results of Radiologists are equal. That is simply not true. It’s only the best Radiologists that will find out the patient history and what the patient’s referring doctor is suspecting even before interpreting the imaging and figuring out the correct diagnosis. Radiologists not only figure out the problem but also show and discuss the diagnosis with the surgeon or clinician. It’s the reading of the radiologist that will help guide exactly what happens to the patient in the operating room or during and after treatment. Our highly-skilled doctors work closely with the patients’ other physicians creating a team approach that strives for the highest level of patient care.
