Ashley Douglass

Ashley Douglass began their career in 2014 as a Medical Assistant at South County Orthopedics/Ortho Rhode Island. In 2016, they joined Ortho Rhode Island as an Insurance Authorizations employee. In 2017, they were promoted to a Clinical Administrative Assistant. In 2019, they were promoted to Innovation and Improvement Manager, while also taking on the role of Patient Experience Manager, where they worked with physicians to maximize the patient experience while they provided world-class orthopedic care, and assisted on the clinical floor to streamline the work flow. Additionally, they held the role of Clinical Coordinator. Prior to their career at Ortho Rhode Island, Ashley served in the Army National Guard from 2008 to 2019, where they held the roles of Behavioral Health NCO and Medic.

Ashley Douglass obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Education from Saint Joseph's College between 2003 and 2007. Ashley then went on to obtain a Master's in Psychology from American Public University between 2015 and 2020.
