Kat Young, SHRM-CP

Kat Young, SHRM-CP has been in the Human Resources field for over 14 years. Kat began their career in 2006 as an Office Manager for Sterling Jewelers. In 2010, they joined Wyndham Vacation Ownership as a Guest Services Manager, later becoming Housekeeping Manager and Activities Manager. In 2017, Kat moved to Gurney's Newport Resort & Marina, where they served as Human Resources Manager and Assistant Director of Human Resources. Currently, Kat is the Director of Patient and Employee Experience at Ortho Rhode Island.

Kat Young, SHRM-CP earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Resort Management from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Spanish Language and Literature from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
