Carlos Aleman Cortez

Carlos Aleman Cortez is a dedicated medical professional currently serving as a Medical Assistant and Medical Scribe at OrthoVirginia since July 2022. With a strong foundation in health sciences, Carlos earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Services from James Madison University in May 2022 and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health at the Macon and Joan Brock Virginia Health Sciences at Old Dominion University, expected to complete in May 2026. Prior experience includes serving as the Risk Management Co-Chair for Phi Epsilon Kappa at James Madison University from February 2021 to March 2022 and working as an Orientation Peer Adviser at the same institution from February 2021 to December 2021.
