Kathleen Butler

Kathleen Butler is a Provider Support Specialist I at OrthoVirginia, responsible for developing and leading new hire Epic training for therapy providers, coordinating program development across various departments, and managing communication with over 150 providers in 27 locations throughout Virginia. Prior experience includes working as a Medical Scribe, where Kathleen accurately recorded office visit content for multiple medical professionals and maintained strong working relationships with their teams. Additionally, Kathleen served as the Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach at Randolph College, helping to create practice plans and foster a positive team culture for a Division III program. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sport and Exercise Studies from Randolph College, earned in 2019.
