Liz Sanders

Liz Sanders has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Liz is currently working at OrthoVirginia as the Director of Talent. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding at the same company. From 2016 to 2022, Liz worked at CarLotz where they held various positions including Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), Director of Talent Management, and Director of Talent Acquisition. Before that, they were a Lead Recruiter at Robert Half Technology and an Assistant Branch Manager at Enterprise. Liz has extensive experience in HR functions such as talent acquisition, performance management, diversity, equity, and inclusion, rewards and compensation, payroll, benefits, training and development, associate relations, and HR policy.

Liz Sanders holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from James Madison University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Employment Law for Leaders from Cornell University in 2023 and is a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM since March 2021.
