Colin Specter

Colin Specter is the VP of Sales at Orum. Colin has extensive experience in sales, having previously served as the Director of Sales at Namely, where they were an early employee and top 1% contributor. At Namely, they helped the company grow from Series Seed to Series D ($100k to $70 million ARR). Colin also served as the Director of Customer Development at Med Athletics, where they were responsible for developing the sales process, managing the sales team, and prospecting outpatient centers, physical therapy offices, and medical practices. Colin has also been responsible for designing launch booths at APTA conferences.

Colin Specter graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a Bachelor's degree in Communication Science/Entrepreneurial Studies. Colin then went on to get their Associate's degree in Accounting and Finance from Santa Barbara City College. Colin is currently working as a Human Capital Strategist and has obtained various certifications from different organizations, such as the American Payroll Association, Lifesaving Enterprises Inc., and the Human Capital Institute.

They are on a team with Binil Thomas - VP, Engineering, Toni Tiffany - VP, Customer Success, and Karthik Viswanathan - CTO. Their manager is Jason Dorfman, CEO.
