Kelsey Manka is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in both culinary arts and sales. Currently serving as Account Executive II at Orum since November 2021, Kelsey has advanced through various roles including Sr. SDR and Team Lead, and won the 2022 Pitch Contest. Prior experience includes leadership positions as Sous Chef at Per Se Restaurant with the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group and Chef De Partie at both Momofuku Ko and Lincoln Ristorante. Kelsey holds a Bachelor's degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from The Culinary Institute of America, earned between 2009 and 2013.
