Geoffrey Bilas

Geoffrey Bilas is an accomplished professional in operational leadership and transformation, currently serving as the Head of Transformation and Shared Services at OS National, LLC since January 2025. Prior to this role, Geoffrey held various positions at Opendoor from September 2021 to January 2025, including General Manager of the Southeast Division and Senior Director of Strategic Program Management. His tenure at GoDaddy from February 2007 to September 2021 encompassed roles such as Senior Director of Global Business Operations, where Geoffrey specialized in program management and operational excellence, and Director of International Customer Care, where Geoffrey launched International Customer Care Centers across multiple countries. Geoffrey's early experience includes serving as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps from January 2004 to January 2010. Geoffrey holds an MBA from Western Governors University, a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Research Methods from Edinburgh Business School, and additional qualifications from Thomas Edison State University.
