Melissa Lepore

Melissa Lepore is an experienced professional with significant expertise in title operations and educational instruction. Currently serving as Associate Manager at OS National, LLC since April 2021, Melissa oversees day-to-day title operations for Southeastern and Midwestern markets and has successfully executed team training procedures while onboarding new employees. Prior to this role, Melissa spent over 18 years at Buyer's Title Inc as a Senior Associate, co-developing a technology-based solutions system and managing various operational improvements. Additionally, Melissa served as an Adjunct Sociology Professor at Broward College from January 2012 to May 2021, where curriculum design and course material development were key responsibilities. Melissa holds a Master of Arts in Sociology from Florida Atlantic University.
