Tacha Azard

Tacha Azard is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background spanning over a decade. Tacha's career began at LIFETIME FITNESS, where leadership in member services led to significant improvements in member retention and team productivity. Progressing through various roles, Tacha served as a Human Resources Assistant at True Value Company, managing full-cycle recruiting and employee documentation. Tacha then took on HR Business Partner roles at OS National, LLC and Opendoor, focusing on employee relations, performance improvement, and onboarding processes for numerous employees. Currently, Tacha is with Trueline Infrastructure Solutions, providing strategic guidance on HR initiatives and organizational planning. Tacha holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Brenau University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Georgia Gwinnett College.
