Peter Lane

Peter Lane, CFA, currently serves as the VP of Finance at Venn Software, a NewSpring Growth Capital portfolio company, where responsibilities include leading the finance department for a technology firm specializing in secure remote work solutions. Prior to this role, Peter held the position of Finance Manager at Kaseya, where oversight included budgeting and forecasting for over 500 employees and implementing significant expansion plans. Peter also gained valuable experience at Flashtalking as a Finance Manager and Financial Analyst, contributing to financial reporting and analysis across global markets. Earlier career experiences include roles as an Operations Analyst at Point72 and internships at Iroquois Capital Opportunity Fund, L.P., and Mastercard. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The Ohio State University and has also studied at Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina.
