Elizabeth Rogan serves as the CEO of Optica, overseeing strategic leadership and operational management for the optics and photonics community since 2002. Prior to this role, Elizabeth held various positions at The Optical Society (OSA) from 1992 to 2002, including COO and CFO, focusing on internal operations such as finance and human resources. Earlier in Elizabeth's career, experience included serving as Assistant Controller at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts from 1987 to 1992, managing the financial operations of the National Symphony Orchestra and related entities. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and completed multiple Executive Programs in Business Administration and Management at The Wharton School.
