Joseph S. has extensive work experience in the casino industry. Joseph started their career as a Table Games Dealer at Osage Casinos in 2005 and worked in various positions such as Table Games Supervisor, Casino Shift Manager, Assistant General Manager, General Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Gaming Operations. Prior to joining Osage Casinos, they worked as an E-games Rocket Clerk at Creek Nation Casino from 1998 to 1999.

Joseph S. started their education at Northeastern State University in 1998 and completed it in 2000. During this time, they pursued Management Information Systems, General as their field of study. Joseph then enrolled at St. Gregory's University in 2010 and finished in 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Business Management.
