Carolyn McKinley

Carolyn McKinley is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Osaic since June 2021, Carolyn has also held key positions, including Director of Human Resources at Levy Restaurants and Human Resource Business Partner at Walgreens. Prior roles include District Human Resources Manager at The Home Depot and Market Human Resource Manager for Walmart in both Long Island, NY, and Alaska. Carolyn has demonstrated a commitment to diversity and inclusion through various volunteer positions, including Chair and Vice Chair of the Women's Resource Council. Carolyn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Resort Recreation Management from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
