Kathleen Nadal

Kathleen N. is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner for Trading & Operations at Osaic since October 2023, Kathleen also holds the position of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Executive Chair on the Board of Directors for Urban ArtWorks, an organization focused on public art and community engagement. Previously, Kathleen worked at Canada Life as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner in Technology Business Relations from April 2022 to April 2023, and spent nearly 15 years at Manitoba Hydro in multiple roles including Corporate Compensation Advisor and Lead Talent Acquisition Advisor. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the University of Manitoba and completed the Women's Leadership Program at the Yale School of Management.
