Wade Taubken is an experienced technology and operations leader with a proven track record in driving strategic initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as the Sr Director of IT, Program Manager, and Advisor in Cybersecurity at Osaic, Wade leads a team dedicated to providing exceptional service to over 20,000 independent financial advisors. Previous roles include a leadership position at Randstad establishing a new wealth management firm, serving as COO at Scanco, and Vice President at Aero Fulfillment Services, where significant transformations in customer experience and operations were orchestrated. Wade has also held multiple senior positions at Taylor Communications, GSW Advertising, CSC, and Cardinal Health, where contributions included enhancing customer satisfaction and aligning technology investments with business goals.
