Caroline Swanson

Caroline Swanson, CIPP/E, currently serves as the Senior Sales Enablement Manager at Osano, where the focus is on simplifying privacy compliance for organizations. Previous experience includes roles such as Senior Manager of GTM & Channel Enablement at Palmetto, where Caroline coordinated Go-To-Market plans and launched a training program for partners. At OneTrust, Caroline held multiple positions, including Global Head of Privacy Training and Certification and Instructional Design Team Lead, contributing to privacy compliance solutions. Earlier roles included Technical Writer for Surgical Information Systems, Graduate Teacher of Record at Clemson University, and various positions in marketing and editorial. Caroline earned a Master’s Degree in English Language and Literature and a Bachelor of Arts in English - Writing and Publication from Clemson University, along with participation in the International Summer Scholars program at the University of Oxford.
