Adrian Dabell

Adrian Dabell currently serves as the Group Chief Technology Officer at OSB Group, where responsibilities include outlining the technology vision in alignment with business goals, shaping technology strategies, and managing technological resources and budgets. Prior to this role, Adrian held the position of Interim Chief Technology Officer at Bywaterkent, mentoring a startup on IT choices and digital transformation strategies. From April 2012 to December 2023, Adrian was the Chief Technology Officer and Head of Strategic Data at Deutsche Bank, specializing in Agile Application Development and Strategic Data. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief Enterprise Architect and Head of Programmes in the Public Sector, as well as Head of Systems Development and Architecture at QBE Regional Insurance. Adrian holds a BSc (Hons) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Leicester and an MSc in E-commerce Technology from Kingston University.
