Matthew Norman

Matthew Norman currently serves as Group Chief Technology Officer at Rothschild & Co since November 2023. Prior to this role, Matthew spent nearly a decade at Redburn Atlantic, where responsibilities included Partner, Head of Technology, Head of Client Integration Services, Associate Partner, and Head of Technology Operations, overseeing Global IT Development and IT Operations teams. Earlier experience at L.E.K. Consulting involved positions such as European Network Manager and Senior European Network Administrator, focusing on IT service management and network administration across Europe and India. Matthew holds a Computer Science (Hons) degree from the University of Leeds and completed education at Parmiters' School.
