Emma Butcher

Emma Butcher is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations control, assurance, and quality analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Control and Assurance Officer at OSB Group since March 2019, Emma has also held roles as a Quality and Performance Analyst and Learning and Development Specialist within the same organization. Prior to this, Emma worked at CHARTER COURT FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED from July 2012 to February 2019, progressing from a Mortgage Administration Assistant to a Senior Mortgage Associate and eventually becoming the Primary Servicing Deputy Team Manager.
