Matthew Burley

Matthew Burley serves as the Group Head of Enterprise Risk at OSB Group, a position held since September 2017, where prior roles included Head of Enterprise Risk and Senior Enterprise Risk Manager. With a background in risk management, Matthew previously worked at Cabot Credit Management from February 2007 to September 2017, focusing on designing and implementing Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Operational Risk frameworks. Earlier experience includes positions at Novartis as a Clinical Data Manager from October 2003 to September 2006. Matthew holds a 1st Class honors B.Sc. in Biochemistry with Cell and Molecular Biology from The University of Kent at Canterbury and has pursued education with the Institute of Risk Management (IRM) from 2015 to 2016.
