Paul Norton

Paul Norton has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Paul has held various leadership roles in the IT industry, with a focus on service delivery, operations, and technology improvement.

Most recently, Paul worked at OSB Group as the Director of IT Operations & Services, where they were responsible for overseeing the IT operations and services of the company. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Technology Officer and the Group Head of Service Delivery at OSB Group.

Before joining OSB Group, Paul worked at PaLo-IT as a Director, where they provided IT consultancy services, specializing in service management, security management, and technical transformation. Paul played a key role in constructing roadmap transformation plans, ITSM tools selection, and service improvement frameworks.

Paul also gained experience in the publishing industry at Penguin Random House UK, where they served as the Head of Service Delivery. In this role, they led a service transformation effort, ensuring a consistent user experience, implementing relevant processes, and reducing costs while maintaining business-as-usual services.

In addition, Paul has worked at Direct Line Group as the Head of Technology Operations Improvement, where they spearheaded an improvement program focusing on technology stability and service management. Paul has also held roles at Lloyd's Register, British American Tobacco, Bluefin (AXA), Fox Williams, Farrer & Co, and Dickson Minto, where they contributed to various IT support and service delivery responsibilities.

Through their extensive work experience, Paul has demonstrated their strong leadership, strategic vision, and ability to drive improvements and efficiencies in IT operations and service delivery.

Paul Norton attended Mayflower Country High School from 1990 to 1997. Paul did not obtain a degree or specialize in any specific field of study during this time. In 2012, they obtained an ITIL expert certification, although the institution and month of attainment are unknown.
